You will find a returns form in the box with your order. Please complete this form and place it with the garment when you send it back to us.
In line with the Consumer Contract Regulations our policy for a refund or exchange is for you to notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and to return the product to us within 28 days of receiving the order. To notify us that your wish to make a return contact us using:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Finally, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that you get proof of posting from the Post Office.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customer service is very important to us and we work hard to ensure your returns experience is as easy as possible.
Once we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
As soon as the refund is approved and processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
Annoyingly, refunds can take 7 to 10 days to appear in your bank after we have processed them....so first of all:
- First - check your bank account
- Second - contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.
- Third - contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
