Walkies!!
Did you know Sunday 10th September was national ’Hug Your Hound Day'! We utterly love our furry friends here at Guinea HQ and that sparked a conversation in the office about which are our favourite Guinea pieces to wear on our daily walkies. So come rain or shine, in the city or in the country, here are our top picks, for our dog walking outfit inspo.
Rain
Here in the UK you absolutely need a reliable rain coat and Sara in our order fulfilment team absolutely cannot be without her Guinea puffer coat.
Sara loves long walks and feels the cold, but is toasty and warm in this lightweight down jacket - it is an absolute must on her walks - plus, if it gets muddy, she can easily wipe it off.
An added bonus, as with all our puffer gilets and jackets, the faux fur collar is detachable!
Shine
Charlotte, our market assistant, is a fan of our Emily blouse for out and about on her walks. This loose fit, feminine blouse, is ideal for warmer weather, and because it is made of silk, it means it is far more breathable than synesthetic fabric.
The Emily silk blouse comes in long and short sleeve versions with a variety of gorgeous prints.
ABOUT TOWN
Who says a dog walking outfit has to drab - doesn't this clothing combo, appear fabulously effortless, yet elegant? Stylish and practical, I personally love love love this look. The Isabelle wrap coat is my personal fav - I'm never the right temperature - but this design means I can let the coat hang open if I get too warm and it still looks chic.
It is made of 100% wool and is perfect for the autumn/winter seasons and even early spring.
IN THE COUNTRY
Romping around with the dogs in the country is Hattie's idea of bliss and finding the perfect dog walking outfit is part of Hattie's daily routine. Prepared for all weather, Hattie is a huge fan of our puffer gilet for a warm day with a cool breeze, but the beauty of the gilet is that it can be layered up in cooler weather, like with our Ella Puffer.

DOG FRIENDLY PUB LUNCH
Who doesn't love a leisurely stroll with the dog, on the weekend, especially if the destination is to a dog-friendly pub for lunch.
